If you sent your coins to a wrong address, **Xcalibra did not receive these coins.**  
  
Xcalibra does not know who controls those addresses and have no means of recovering those coin.

I have sent a deposit to the wrong address. What to do now?

Unfortunately, we would not be able to retrieve and refund coins that are not integrated into the exchange. There would be no wallets or software in place for those currencies so it would not be possible for us to recover them for you.

I have deposited a coin which is not listed on Xcalibra. Can I retrieve it?

A withdrawal marked as ***completed*** or ***success*** on an exchange does not mean that the transaction has fully processed to the receiving exchange – it simply means that the transaction was successfully posted to the blockchain.

However, you can expect to see you transaction delivered after the verification process is complete.
